Welcome to Let It Be Breath LLC. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, services, and products (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

Let It Be Breath provides online breathwork classes, workshops, courses, and related products to help clients improve their well-being, reduce stress, and enhance their overall health. The Services may include video content, audio recordings, written materials, and interactive features. Rachael Noble is not a lisenced therapist

Breathwork is not a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care or substance abuse treatment, and clients should not use it in place of any form of therapy. Breathwork requires emotional, physical, and mental effort, exertion, and behavioral experimentation, on my part, which may cause physical, mental or emotional injury. You fully acknowledge and take full responsibility for all the risks involved. You understand that it is their responsibility to consult with my health care provider prior to participating.

3. Registration and Account

To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.
